Salon Finder
This policy covers both Salon Finder apps: Salon Finder for Men and Salon Finder for Women. The two apps are separate. Each keeps its own accounts and data, so if you use both, you have two accounts, and this policy applies to each.
تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيقَي Salon Finder: Salon Finder للرجال وSalon Finder للسيدات. التطبيقان منفصلان، ولكل منهما حساباته وبياناته الخاصة؛ فإذا استخدمت التطبيقين معًا يكون لديك حسابان، وتنطبق هذه السياسة على كل منهما.
In short: we collect what we need to book your appointment and to let the shop serve you. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.
باختصار: نجمع ما نحتاجه فقط لحجز موعدك ولتمكين المحل من خدمتك. لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا، ويمكنك أن تطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
Who we areمن نحن
Salon Finder is a booking service for barbershops and beauty salons in Egypt. "We" and "us" mean the Salon Finder team, which is responsible for your data in both apps. You can reach us at hello@salonfinder.online.

What we collectالبيانات التي نجمعها
- Your phone number. It identifies your account.
- Your WhatsApp login: the login code we send to your number over WhatsApp. We keep it only in a form that can't be read back, and delete it within about a day. If you choose "Try another way", the message you send us instead: the number it came from and the code in it. We don't read anything else in your WhatsApp, and we never send you SMS.
- Your name and any profile details you add.
- Your bookings: the shop, services, staff member, times, any notes you write, and their payments.
- Your approximate location, only if you allow it, to show shops near you.
- A push notification token for your device, to send booking updates and reminders.
- Reviews and ratings you post.
- For shop owners and staff: shop details, photos, verification documents, bank details for payouts, services and working hours.
- For shop owners who sign in with an email: the email address and a password, which we store only as a secure hash.
Payments in the app, once available, are handled by Paymob. We never see or store your card number; we keep each payment's amount, status and reference.

- تسجيل دخولك عبر واتساب: رمز الدخول الذي نرسله إلى رقمك على واتساب. نحتفظ به فقط في صورة لا يمكن استرجاعها، ونحذفه خلال يوم تقريبًا. وإذا اخترت "جرّب طريقة أخرى"، الرسالة التي ترسلها إلينا بدلًا منه: الرقم الذي أُرسلت منه والرمز الوارد فيها. ولا نقرأ أي شيء آخر في واتساب الخاص بك، ولا نرسل إليك رسائل SMS أبدًا.
- اسمك وأي بيانات تضيفها إلى ملفك الشخصي.
- حجوزاتك: المحل والخدمات ومقدم الخدمة والمواعيد وأي ملاحظات تكتبها، والمدفوعات الخاصة بها.
- موقعك التقريبي، فقط إذا سمحت بذلك، لعرض المحلات القريبة منك.
- رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك، لإرسال تحديثات الحجز والتذكيرات.
- التقييمات والمراجعات التي تنشرها.
- لأصحاب المحلات والعاملين بها: بيانات المحل وصوره ومستندات التحقق والبيانات البنكية لتحويل المستحقات والخدمات ومواعيد العمل.
- لأصحاب المحلات الذين يسجّلون الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني: البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، ونحتفظ بها في صورة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع فقط.
المدفوعات داخل التطبيق، عند إتاحتها، تتم عن طريق Paymob. لا نرى رقم بطاقتك ولا نحتفظ به أبدًا، ونحتفظ فقط بمبلغ كل عملية دفع وحالتها ورقمها المرجعي.
How we use itكيف نستخدمها
- To log you in and keep your account secure.
- To make, change and remind you of bookings, and to tell the shop who is coming and for what.
- To show you shops near you.
- To handle payments made in the app, refunds, and payouts to shops, once in-app payments are available.
- To handle disputes and to prevent abuse and fraud.
- To improve the apps using statistics that don't identify you.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

- لإنشاء حجوزاتك وتعديلها وتذكيرك بها، ولإبلاغ المحل بمن سيحضر ولأي خدمة.
- لعرض المحلات القريبة منك.
- لمعالجة المدفوعات داخل التطبيق ورد المبالغ وتحويل مستحقات المحلات، عند إتاحة الدفع داخل التطبيق.
- للتعامل مع النزاعات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال.
- لتحسين التطبيقين باستخدام إحصاءات لا تكشف هويتك.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض الإعلانات.
How long we keep itمدة الاحتفاظ بها
- Your account data, for as long as your account exists.
- WhatsApp login requests, for one day after they expire.
- Booking and payment records, for as long as Egyptian law requires us to keep financial records, even after you delete your account.
- بيانات حسابك، طوال فترة وجود الحساب.
- طلبات تسجيل الدخول عبر واتساب، لمدة يوم واحد بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها.
- سجلات الحجز والدفع، للمدة التي يُلزمنا بها القانون المصري للاحتفاظ بالسجلات المالية، حتى بعد حذف حسابك.
Deleting your dataحذف بياناتك
To delete your account and its data, email hello@salonfinder.online with the phone number of the account and which app it is in (Salon Finder for Men or Salon Finder for Women). We confirm the request is yours with a WhatsApp message from that number, then delete the account within 30 days.
We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records. Deleting your account in one app doesn't affect your account in the other app.
لحذف حسابك وبياناته، راسلنا على hello@salonfinder.online واذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل به الحساب والتطبيق الموجود فيه (Salon Finder للرجال أو Salon Finder للسيدات). نتأكد من أن الطلب صادر منك برسالة واتساب من ذلك الرقم، ثم نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا.
لا نحتفظ إلا بما يُلزمنا به القانون، مثل سجلات الدفع. وحذف حسابك في أحد التطبيقين لا يؤثر على حسابك في التطبيق الآخر.
Your rightsحقوقك
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop a use you object to. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (القانون رقم 151 لسنة 2020)، يحق لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو إيقاف أي استخدام تعترض عليه. راسلنا وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا.
How we protect itكيف نحميها
All traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted, and stored data is encrypted at rest. Access rules on our servers let each person see only what their role allows: a customer sees their own bookings, a shop sees its own customers.
كل الاتصالات بين التطبيقين وخوادمنا مشفّرة، والبيانات المخزّنة مشفّرة أيضًا. وتسمح قواعد الوصول على خوادمنا لكل شخص برؤية ما يسمح به دوره فقط: يرى العميل حجوزاته، ويرى المحل عملاءه.
Changesالتعديلات
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data, we'll tell you in the app first.
